Message	You're ready to storm the fucking beaches claiming Kyle has continually ripped people off and then you turn on your heels and say he's a reputable vendor as it was just your experience that was bad. Isn't that exactly what most of us have been saying? You think mistakes, over-billing and other such issues don't come up at Z1, SpecialtyZ, etc? It happens all the damn time and if your "shop" does anything beyond the occasional motor job then you'd know that these things happen. And the more people involved, the more likely they are to happen. One employee tells another one thing, it's conveyed to the customer, it might be wrong and everything blows up. In talking with Greg over at Specialty, that's the #1 reason he went on his own. "You're only as good as your worst employee" he used to say. It's all about how you handle it when it comes up. If your situation wasn't handled/fixed properly, I'd hope Kyle has taken steps to improve that. So far it seems IPP has done just that.
